Vineyard Notes
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes used for this wine enjoyed an extended hang time on the vines and were harvested in mid-November from our Red Mountain estate vineyard. This extended time on the vine concentrated the sugars and flavors resulting in a luxurious offering, redolent in the fragrance and flavors of cherries, spice and raspberries
