ONYX Virtual Dinner + 6-Pack
Winemaker, Keith Pilgrim, has once again crafted his signature Bordeaux blend, ONYX, and we are getting set to introduce you to the latest 2017 vintage!
Although we can't gather in person due to Statewide restrictions, Executive Chef Jim Vande Berg has crafted a menu of five exquisite courses. This special ONYX Release menu will be offered for pick-up at our Red Mountain location Wednesday, February 10th through Saturday, February 13th, and at our Spokane location Friday (2/12) and Saturday (2/13).
The ONYX Virtual Dinner will include five courses, each course paired with a mini bottle of wine from our cellar, hand-selected by Winemaker Keith Pilgrim. Along with the mini wine pairings, we will also be including a full size bottle of the feature release, 2017 ONYX, for you to be the first to taste! As you enjoy your meals, follow along course by course as Keith and Chef Jim virtually guide you through this amazing food and wine experience.
Per tradition, our ONYX 6-Pack special is returning featuring six bottles of the 2017 release in a custom wooden box signed by Winemaker Keith Pilgrim. This is an exclusive special that comes one time a year, and it's included in this package!
