The newest addition to our ONYX Release Weekend is the ONYX Experience. The ONYX Experience is a wine tasting and light bite course guided by winemaker and owner Keith Pilgrim, as well as executive Chef Jim Vande Berg. We invite you to join in on the journey of all things ONYX. The tasting will include several older vintages of ONYX as we venture all to way forward to our newest release. Chef Vande Berg will be expertly crafting light bites to pair with each vintage for a truly immersive experience.
The Thursday evening ONYX Experience class is $75 per club member or $95 per non-club member. Join us at 6:00pm to be one of the select few to truly dive into the world of ONYX.
