Legal Requirements

You must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Terra Blanca Winery & Estate Vineyard . Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Terra Blanca Winery & Estate Vineyard are not for resale and are for personal consumption only.

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Minimum Purchase

No minimum purchase is required.

States Authorized for Direct Shipment

Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states except AL, AR, CT, HI, IN, IA, KY, LA, MA, ME, MS, NJ, NY, PA, MT, UT, VT, WY, WI, and WV.  If Terra Blanca Winery & Estate Vineyard is unable to ship directly to your state, we may be able to arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Terra Blanca Winery & Estate Vineyard.

Shipping Costs

UPS Ground is Terra Blanca Winery & Estate Vineyard's carrier of choice. Ground shipping is provided by UPS at current market rates. *Note – If the customer selects Air as his or her carrier, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount.

Wine is a Delicate Commodity

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot, humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Terra Blanca Winery & Estate Vineyard is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

Use of the Site and Process

Order Notification Email

Once you place an order through the website, you will receive a notification email; however, as we self-fulfill at the winery, we want you to know that your order will not ship until we have verified availability and pricing. If there is an issue, we will contact you within 1-2 business days. If you have questions about your order, please call us at 509.55.6082, ext. 102.

When Do We Ship?

We ship wine Monday through Wednesday, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., weather permitting. Should you require a RUSH, please contact us 509.588.6082, ext. 102.

Register and Log-in

Our website uses cookies to allow you to create and track your profile and orders. If you are unable to log-in or to create a profile, you will need to enable cookies on your web browser.

Availability and Accuracy

At Terra Blanca, no one would ever send you wine you hadn't ordered; however, occasionally wines will suddenly go out of inventory, and the website may not reflect that inventory change. Another possible scenario is that a wine that is linked to a gift basket may become unavailable. In instances where an advertised wine is unavailable, you will be contacted by us to discuss an alternative (a newer vintage, for example) before your order is completed.

The number of back office staff at the winery is pretty small, and sometimes we are unable to make a timely change to the web store (especially around event weekends), and as such we cannot guarantee accurate pricing. We endeavor to keep things up-to-date, but should an item's price change, we will contact you before an order is fulfilled. Please note that Terra Blanca is not responsible for typographical errors.

Our website is monitored daily from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday - Friday. Orders are processed from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday - Thursday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days to process an order.

Special Offers, Steals of the Month, Discounts and Promotions

We do not combine special offers, promotions, and discounts; wine club member discounts do not apply on top of any other discounts. We reserve the right to adjust an order subject to availability and accurate pricing.
