Grapes for our 2016 Signature Series Botrytized Chenin Blanc were 100% Botrytized, which gives this wine its unique flavors. The result is a rich dessert wine with an immense bouquet of honey, pears, and apricots, with whispers of toasted almonds. Aromas of the bouquet transfer directly to the palate.  A vibrant backbone balances the residual sugar for an extended floral finish of sublime elegance.
