As the grand finale, our prestigious ONYX Winemaker's Dinner offers an opulent 8-course culinary extravaganza prepared and presented by Chef Vande Berg and our talented culinary team. Each course is meticulously paired with our finest Red Mountain estate-grown wines  by Winemaker, Keith Pilgrim. Join us for an unforgettable evening of gastronomic delight and exceptional vintages  from our private cellar.
