Winemaker, Keith Pilgrim has crafted the next chapter of his signature Bordeaux blend, ONYX. Join the Pilgrims on Saturday, February 18th as they continue to celebrate the journey of Terra Blanca with the release of the 2019 ONYX at our Red Mountain estate.

Keith and ReNae Pilgrim invite you to join them on Red Mountain for this year’s celebration of ONYX and the seamless relationship between food and wine that we all know and love. Entice your taste buds with seven amazing courses, each inspired by cuisines from around the world, and further enhanced by the perfect pairings curated by Winemaker, Keith Pilgrim. Terra Blanca Executive Chef, Jim Vande Berg, will create for you an evening that explores the finest in cuisine from around the world. 

Club members can purchase their tickets today for $150/ticket (limit 2 tickets per club member at club price). 



First Course

Game Bird Confit Salad

Baby greens, goat cheese, cashews, shredded game bird confit, smoked tomato dressing 

Second Course

Smoked Pork Brussetta

Jalapeno-cranberry chutney, honey goat cheese, fresh rosemary

Third Course 

Venison Wellington

Cream cheese, blackberry coulee & puff pastry, fresh thyme 

Fourth Course

Potato Gnocchi

Red wine jus, shave proscutto, crimini mushrooms, reggino parmasan, white truffle oil


Pomegranate, Ginger & Terra Blanca Albarino Grape Sorbet

Sixth Course

Duck Breast

Dark cherry gastrique, butternut squash succotash, hickory smoked bacon 

Seventh Course

Gorgonzola Stuffed Beef Tenderloin 

Wild mushroom ragu, brocolli & clover sprouts

Eighth Course 

Black and White Cheesecake
